Bring Fitness & Wellness to you! 

Invite a nationally certified Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer to assist with your next event. Our outreach programs can be customized to fit your needs!

  • Group & Instructional Fitness Classes
    • Zumba, Yoga, Insanity, Kickboxing, HIIT Training, Water Aerobics, Belly Dancing, Cycling, Pilates, etc.
  • Educational Presentations on Fitness & Wellness
    • Weight Training Fundamentals, Cardiovascular Training Basics, etc.
  • Special Interest Workshops
    • Kettlebell Training, Olympic Lifting/Powerlifting, Speed/Agility Training, Running Mechanics, TRX Training, etc.

Who Can Host an Outreach?

ANY UGA organization or department! We have previously assisted with programs for Residence Life (Resident Assistant Programs, Residential Organizations), Academics (Destination Dawgs, Graduate & Professional Scholars, College of Veterinary Medicine), Greek Life, and Student Organizations (University Union, African Student Union, Simply Me).

Where Can I Host an Outreach?

Host an outreach at your facility/preferred location or in the Ramsey Student Center. Priority reservations are given to Fitness & Wellness outreaches hosted in the Ramsey Student Center. 

What is the Cost?

Outreach program cost is generally $50/hour, but varies based on location, duration of program, instructor, and other specific requests. All requests should be submitted by completing the outreach request form below to initiate scheduling.

General Group Fitness Instructor Certifications (preferred):

Upcoming Certifications/Trainings at UGA Ramsey Student Center:

Submit a Rec Sports Student Employment Application, attach your resume, and provide any relevant certifications to be considered for an audition.
