Small Group Training

Set a goal and make it happen through Small Group Training. Work with a qualified instructor on specific goals or amplify results. These progressive courses help reach your goals through effective and precise programming.

Each class will be offered for a 6 week session (12 classes).There will be two sessions per semester participants can register for individually.

Personal Training Policies

Registration and Medical Screening Form

This form must be brought into the Main Office with payment.

Males over 45 years of age or older, females 55 years of age or older or those who have one or more risk factors identified on this form are required to complete the Physician Referral Form.

Physician's Referral Form

This form must be completed by physician and brought to first meeting with the personal trainer.
