General Updates:

All participants must wear a mask while entering the Ramsey Student Center and during all land-based skill sessions unless the following skills will be performed: administering ventilations using a resuscitation mask or any rescues that require entry into the water for the Lifeguarding classes.

At this time, only those with a Ramsey membership may purchase a course with our department. We will update our website information once classes are open to community members again.

CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers-BL (CPRO Blended Learning)

The primary purpose of the American Red Cross Blended Learning CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers course is to instruct those who have a duty to act (professional rescuers) in the knowledge and skills needed to respond appropriately to breathing and cardiac emergencies. This includes the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) to care for a victim experiencing cardiac arrest. The blended learning option combines online learning with in-person skill sessions conducted by a Red Cross-certified instructor.
