The Department of Recreational Sports at the University of Georgia is proud to host its second annual golf tournament on Friday, April 28 at the UGA Golf Course to raise money for student scholarships. Proceeds from this event will help to establish the UGA Recreational Sports Scholarship Fund to provide need-based aid for members of the UGA "Ram Fam" (short for "Ramsey Family").
Entry fee includes a round of golf, food and beverage, and tee gifts. Team, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities are available below by clicking "learn more."

12:00 p.m. Shotgun Start
Four-player teams compete against one another in a scramble format. Game-play begins with each player teeing off. The best of these tee shots is selected. All team members then play their second shot from that location, and again choose the best shot. Play continues in this manner until the hole is completed. The team then records its score and maintains that format for all 18 holes.
