Small Group Training classes are progressive, short session, goal or skill-based fitness classes, offered in two 6 week (fall/spring) or 4 week (summer) sessions per semester. A class-specific pass must be purchased for each new session to remain eligible to attend. Small Group Training classes are not included with the Unlimited Group Fitness Pass. Ramsey Center members age 18+ may register to participate.
Class schedule subject to change. Classes may be separated into sections within a session. Different sections are indicated by the # sign and the section number (i.e. Boxing 101 #1) on the Small Group Training Schedule. Registrants are responsible for knowing which session and section of class they are registered under and only attending the correct class session and section.
Classes must be enrolled at a capacity of at least 5 to continue. Classes with less than 5 registrations after the registration deadline will be cancelled and registration fees will be moved to the next session or refunded.
