Small Group Training classes are progressive, goal or skill-based fitness classes, offered in two 8 week (16 classes fall/spring) or 4 week (8 classes summer) sessions. Class participation is capped at 15 participants per class and requires at least a five participant minimum to hold class. A class-specific pass must be purchased for each session to remain eligible to attend. Small Group Training classes are not included with the Unlimited Group Fitness Pass. Ramsey Center members age 18+ are invited to participate.
