Join Health Promotion and Fitness & Wellness for this free two week mini-course that prepares you for better self care. In the two week period, we’ll discuss basic nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and social connection as a means to better health & well-being. You’ll learn how to incorporate habits into your daily life and be challenged to record your progress to ensure you are on your way to lasting behavior change that will truly make a difference! Each mini-course session will be led via Zoom. Link will be provided via email following registration.

Join Outdoor Recreation at Lake Herrick for a morning of paddling. We will have canoes, sit-on-top kayaks, and SUPs available for use. This event is free but you must register in advance here.
Recreational Sports offers you the opportunity to become a certified Personal Trainer through the the NCCA accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). The course is 12 weeks long and will prepare participants for the NASM Personal Trainer certification exam. No experience necessary.
Note: This course is not for academic credit. Each course requires a substantial time commitment both inside and outside of class.

Join this ORC clinic to educate yourself on 7 simple ways to ease the pressure and the remove the threat to our public lands. This event is free but you must register ahead of time here.
Did you know that you can make pizza in the backcountry? Join UGA Outdoor Recreation as we go over basics of backcountry cooking. We’ll show you how to use backcountry cooking equipment and you will prepare dishes to enjoy during the clinic.
