SMALL GROUP TRAINING

About Small Group Training

Small Group Training classes are progressive, goal or skill-based fitness classes, offered in two 8 week (16 classes fall/spring) or 4 week (8 classes summer) sessions. Class participation is capped at 15 participants per class and requires at least a five participant minimum to hold class.

A class-specific pass must be purchased for each session to remain eligible to attend. Small Group Training classes are not included with the Unlimited Group Fitness Pass. Ramsey Center members age 18+ are invited to participate.

Spring session (12 weeks) runs 1/26-4/26

Class schedule subject to change

Classes may be separated into sections within a session. Different sections are indicated by the # sign and the section number (i.e. Boxing 101 #1) on the Small Group Training Schedule. Participants are responsible for knowing which session and section of class they are registered under including the location of class listed on the schedule.

$135 ($5.63/class)

Classes must be enrolled at a capacity of at least 5 to continue. Classes with less than 5 registrations after the registration deadline will be cancelled and registration fees will be moved to the next session or refunded. 

24 total classes over 12 weeks. Pricing is subject to adjustment due to the amount of sessions/per week or length of classes.

This progressive, goal-oriented, class is designed to provide customized exercise regimens catered to cancer survivors. Open to any Ramsey Center member and intended for cancer survivors & supporters.

Fitness Class Holidays

No fitness classes will be held on 01/19/26 (MLK Jr. Day), 03/07/26 - 03/14/26 (Spring Break), or 04/28/26 (Reading Day).
