If you work with a media outlet requesting comments or interview, please contact the Director of Student Affairs Communications and Marketing Initiatives at askstudentaffairs@uga.edu.
All other requests for photography and video can be submitted via the form below.
Any person or group that wishes to take photos or video in any Recreational Sports facility, including the Ramsey Student Center, must complete a request form. All requests, both internal and external to the University of Georgia, are subject to policies set by the Division of Marketing & Communications and the policies set by the Department of Recreational Sports.
Please note that all requests take a minimum of 10 business days to review and respond to (excluding university holidays). Requests with a requested filming date of less that 10 business days may not be approved. Feel free to reach out to us at 706-542-5060 or by email at recsports@uga.edu.
