Small Group Training

EGCC Survivor Wellness Small Group Training Begins 2/26/18

The East Georgia Cancer Coalition (EGCC) is sponsoring a group fitness class for cancer survivors who are at least 6 months removed from treatment, along with any family members and friends for FREE! This program will run from Monday, February 26th through Thursday, April 19th. Classes will be conducted every Monday/Wednesday/Thursday from 6:30am - 7:30am in the Functional Training Room (FTR) located on the 3rd floor of the Ramsey Student Center. The goal of this program is to create a fun atmosphere for participants to not only reach their fitness goals, but also connect with others who may have had similar experiences. SMALL GROUP SESSION 2 FREE WEEK- FEBRUARY 26-MARCH 1, 2018

Work with others to achieve your fitness goals! Small Group Training courses are 6 week, progressive, small session fitness classes designed with a specific goal or objective in mind. Two 6 week (12 total classes) Small Group Training sessions are offered per semester. For each new 6 week period, a Small Group Training pass must be purchased to remain elligible to attend Small Group Training classes.

Personal Training Packet

This form must be complete and submitted to the main Rec Sports office with payment.

Males over 45 years of age or older, females 55 years of age or older or those who have one or more risk factors identified on this form are required to complete the Physician Referral Form.
