Small Group Training

Small Group Training courses are 6 week, progressive, small session fitness classes (capped at 15 participants) designed with a specific goal or skill in mind. Two 6 week (12 total classes) Small Group Training sessions are offered per semester. For each new 6 week period, a Small Group Training pass must be purchased to remain elligible to attend Small Group Training classes. Ramsey Center members age 18+ may register to participate.
