Small Group Training Classes

Due to COVID-19, all fitness classes have been cancelled for the remainder of the semester. Please check your email for updates and follow us on Instagram @ugarecsports for fitness tips, workout suggestions, and more! 

Small Group Training classes are progressive, short session goal-oriented or skill-based fitness classes offered in two 8 week (fall/spring) or 4 week (summer) sessions per semester. For each new session, a class specific pass must be purchased to remain eligible to attend. Ramsey Center members age 18+ may register to participate.

Submit a Rec Sports Student Employment Application, attach your resume, and provide any relevant certifications to be considered for an audition.
