Rec Sports-Facility Request Form
If you are interested in reserving space in one of our facilities for a special event, please submit the information requested below. It may be helpful for you to read through our Facility Policies before submitting a request.
As a shared facility, requests may require extra time for a response as we do have to schedule academics and departmental programs first. Requests for upcoming semesters will be processed in the order they are received after the start of that semester’s academic classes.
