SWIM SCHEDULE

The Natatorium closes one hour before the Ramsey Facility. If you are planning a swim, please see our updated rules in our natatorium policies section.

Please note that because of the holiday break, rec swim hours may be limited through January. Call the lifeguard office with any questions. 

Schedule is subject to last minute changes at the discretion of the Department of UGA Rec Sports. Please call the Lifeguard Office at 706-542-8462 if you have any questions about the set-up for a specific time. Questions regarding last minute changes to the Rec Swim schedule should be directed to ramseyswim@uga.edu.

In addition to all standing Rec Sports policies and Natatorium policies, patrons must also abide by the following rules within the Natatorium area:

• All lanes are open for circle swimming, and swimmers are expected to share their lanes with their fellow patrons when needed.
• Please refrain from spitting in the pool gutters/on the pool deck.
• We will no longer check out equipment for day use, so please bring your own kickboards, pull buoys, goggles, and towels.
• Do not enter aquatic staff offices.
• When speaking to a lifeguard on surveillance duty, please maintain a minimum of 6 feet of distance between yourself and the lifeguard stand and keep conversations brief. An aquatics manager is available to assist you. If needed, stop outside the lifeguard office and ask for assistance.
• Please adhere to our updated rec swim schedules.
